St. Paul police continue to investigate fatal shooting in Payne-Phalen neighborhood
Police say they received multiple calls about a shooting around 1:40 Wednesday morning near Maryland Avenue and Mendota Street. Police say they found a man who had been shot multiple times. The man died on the scene. Police are investigating.
