Former Beef 'O' Brady's General Manager Louis Dirocco Takes Ownership of Restaurant in St. Cloud, Florida
The 26-year-old Mount Dora franchisee adds a second Central Florida location, continuing his path from managing a Beef 'O' Brady's to owning multiple restaurants. Louis Dirocco, a 26-year-old local franchisee of Beef 'O' Brady's in St. Cloud, Florida, has recently acquired his second restaurant, adding a second Central Florida location. Diroco, who began his restaurant career at age 15, began working at McDonald's before becoming a shift lead at 16 and later joined Beef 'o' Brady’s under former Mount Dora owner Ed Conlan. After several years of learning the business and building relationships with employees and customers, DiroCCo was approached with an opportunity to purchase the restaurant. He entered ownership with a strong understanding of the brand's operations, customer expectations and community-focused approach. His goal is to keep building these restaurants, stay focused and eventually own four Beef 'Ol' Brady' locations.
