Kutak Rock LLP is planning to relocate its Minneapolis office to Wells Fargo Center, Minneapolis, effective April 2027. The new 18,764-square-foot space, leased in partnership with Cushman Wakefield for an 11-year term, will provide a flexible workspace for the office's growth. Since its opening in 2011, Kutak Rock has grown to over 30 attorneys and 12 staff members. The move reflects the firm's commitment to meeting client needs in Minneapolis and across the country. The Minneapolis office serves government, institutional and business clients in public finance, litigation, corporate, real estate and energy, with additional experience in affordable housing, tax exempt financing, municipal bonds and infrastructure.
