MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 28, 2026-- GT Metabolic Solutions, Inc. has announced a Series C growth investment from J.P. Morgan Life Sciences Private Capital. Proceeds from the financing will support the Company’s global commercial launch and expansion into new surgical and therapeutic settings. The company’�s linear magnetic system uses magnetic compression for the creation of seamless, innate-biology-preserving anastomoses, which can reduce complication rates without sacrificing efficacy. The investment marks GT Metabolic’ first institutional financing partnership with J. Morgan and marks the fifth investment made by the J. P. Morgan team.
