Hasan Piker Calls Republicans "Terrorists" at Ilhan Omar Event
At a Minneapolis event with Rep. Ilhan Omar, Hasan Piker called Republicans "terrorists" as his visit split Minnesota Democrats a week before Election Day. Hasan Piker, a commie cosplayer known for his anti-American views, called Republicans "terrorists" at a Minneapolis event where he shared a stage with Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn). The event was hosted by state Sen. Omar Fateh, a democratic socialist who ran for Minneapolis mayor and lost. Piker also criticized Democrats for ceding ground to President Trump in 2024 when they started also saying that migrants were a national security threat. The event divided Minnesota's Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, with Rep.-Angie Craig calling Piker's words "polarizing and dangerous" and a spokesperson for Sen. Amy Klobuchar, who is running for governor, calling his comments reckless.
