A 17-year-old has been charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting in Minneapolis on Dec. 23. The suspect was identified by multiple witnesses and was arrested at his girlfriend's home. The charges stem from a separate shooting on a Metro Transit bus in December. The teen had also been on probation for an attempted murder at the time of the incident.
