Mr. Cowin started practicing in 1972 and established his own company in 1978. Later, on behalf of the Government and Private Labor Unions, they represent individuals who have employment-related problems such as discrimination, employment contracts, dismissal disputes, arbitration, permission and negotiation. He sued the dispute based on the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Chapter VII, the National Human Rights Act, the Commission for the Protection of the Merit Pay System, the Railway Labor Act, the National Labor Relations Commission, and the Government Data Implementation Act.

Greg M. Cowin was allowed to open in 1972. He is currently co-chairman of the National Program Committee, which is part of the ABA's Labor and Employment Law section. He will co-chair the MNCLE Public Sector Labor and Employment Law seminar and the organizer of the Spring and Fall Labor and Employment Law Research Institute. He talked with these institutions over and over. He works for the BMS Arbitrator Advisory Committee and teaches the Public Sector Labor Law course for the Bar Specialization Program in Minnesota. He is a co-worker at the University of Labor and has 1,200 members in the United States and Canada.
