There was a phone call from Christine, the director of this place. She followed up the service I asked you to. Thanks to Christine, I now have to look for another law firm.
Christine was very arrogant to me. Did the law firm choose to place someone as rude as her into leadership positions? She spoke in a nasty tone to her voice, and said many of the rudest things to me. I've never dealt with such a rude person in my law firm in my life. I tried to ask who her boss was, but she was uncooperative. On my third hearing, she hung up on me.
From my experience with Christine, I can see that she doesn't care about her customers and places. I want her to read this review and reconsider how she treats customers. I will give her that satisfaction and find another place to do my job.
