Eric Day set up a law firm for Eric S after working for a small local company for several years. 2009 PLLC Day. Patty Day took part in this exercise as a company's office manager and legal assistant in 2013. In 2016, after serving his customers for years on East Lake Street, he moved his office to South 36th Street across Long Fellow Park in Minneapolis. Eric is an active member of Longfellow Business Community and a community leader in Longfellow Neighborh.

Eric Day graduated from the law school of the University of Minnesota in 2008 and enrolled in the Minnesota State Legislative Department in October 2008. He received Honor's Degree from the University of Utah in Spanish in 2004.
Eric is a member of the American Association of Immigration Law Lawyers (AIRA), the Bar of Minnesota, and the Bar of Hennepin County. He also serves as Director of the Longfellow Community Council (LCC) and is a member of the Longfellow Business Association (LBA) board of directors.
Eric also works with human rights advocates on the Minnesota Detention Project to provide free legal advisers to migrants on the Deportation Tribunal.
Before he opened his own law firm, he worked for a small family law and a bankruptcy company in Twin Cities.
Eric lives in Honduras and Spain and speaks Spanish well.
