Jim's early graduate law school training, raised by a previous generation of ethical and true experts, focused on "doing the right thing" and fighting for the unhappy. Thirty-five years later, Jim's passion is to help "the little man." There is nothing more to stimulate him in the process of solving the problems of those sacrificed by overwhelming desires and irresponsibility. Jim has represented his customers across the United States by conducting numerous jury trials throughout Minnesota. On behalf of the injured workers and their families, he had the privilege of invalidating them and sometimes committing fatal injuries. The representatives of the parties in the case are logical extensions of his professional career.
