I hired Chuck Lloyd to help me with short-term disability claims. He has no idea of the extent of his disability. He misses the deadline. He doesn't let you know or show his work before submitting documents. He didn't call for two days, but sat down by the phone and asked me to call him about the incident. And when I point out the problem, he stops!
