I had an experience of working with Max. He boasts that he is an ethical person, but says his behavior doesn't go with words. He didn't provide me with some projects in a timely manner, but when he was asked by his boss, he lied, and accused me of failing to make the plan and getting out. He called my two bosses and lied to them. When I ran into the fan, he called me up and laughed and asked me, "Are you angry that you threw me down under the bus?" When the discussion was over, he contacted my manager and assured him that he would advise him on his shortcomings in this plan.
This caused my boss to think I had failed at work. It happened after several days of unpaid overtime to finish this work.
If you need such an unethical lawyer, max is your subordinate. If it's better to do things right and ethically, go elsewhere. In any case, I strongly recommend not to work with him or with him.
