Andre, an 82-year-old woman from St. Paul, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Born in 1944, Gail Kathleen Andre was born to Josephine and Russel Andre and spent the next 82 years creating a life full of independence, adventure, laughter, wit, and friendship. She gathered community in all aspects of her life, from her early days as a second-grade teacher to her work at Brooklyn Park’s parks and recreation department, to her days as master bridge player. She also loved connecting with neighbors and making friends on her many world travels. Gail was preceded in death by her mother, Josephine (Dodie) Andre; father, Russel, and sister, Judy Hoverston. A celebration of Gail’�s life will be held at Bloomington Covenant Church on October 30, 2025.
